Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing lyria35.lol you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. lyria35.lol is an independent third-party service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or operated by Lyria 3.5 Inc. or any of its affiliates.

2. Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of the account information Google provides, for keeping access to that account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account.

3. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Access to the generator requires an active subscription. Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.

• Each plan grants a credit allowance that refreshes at the start of every billing period. Unused subscription credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise on the pricing page.
• Every new account also receives one-time welcome credits. Welcome credits expire after the validity period shown at sign-up and are not a subscription.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.
• You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

4. Refunds

Subscription payments are refundable as described in our Refund Policy. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@lyria35.lol within 14 days of the charge.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or sexually exploitative of minors.
• Impersonate a real person or use a real person's likeness in a misleading or harmful way.
• Infringe copyright, trademark, or other rights in the images, audio, or lyrics you submit.
• Attempt to bypass credit, subscription, rate, or security controls.
• Resell or redistribute access to the service without written permission.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the prompts and reference files you submit, and you are responsible for having the rights needed to use them. You grant us the limited licence required to process them and to operate the service. Generated output is provided to you subject to these terms and the rights of the underlying models and trademark owners.

7. Availability

Generation depends on third-party model providers. We do not guarantee uptime, specific output quality, or that a generation will succeed. Failed generations that consume no output are not charged, and credits are returned when a request fails before producing a result.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
