Frequently asked questions

Prompts, inputs, and references

Can Lyria 3.5 generate music from a text prompt alone?+

Yes. Describe the genre, mood, tempo, key, and instrumentation and Lyria 3.5 builds the arrangement without any reference media.

Can Lyria 3.5 turn an image into music?+

Yes. Upload a photo, artwork, or storyboard and its mood, colour, and pacing guide the score.

Can Lyria 3.5 use a reference track or a hummed melody?+

Yes. Attach a short clip and its instrumentation, groove, or melodic idea carries into the new track. A hummed line is the fastest way to turn an idea you already have into a full arrangement.

What image and audio formats are supported?+

Images: JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, or HEIF, up to 30 MB each. Audio: WAV or MP3, 2-15 seconds, up to 15 MB.

Can I mix text, an image, and an audio clip together?+

Yes. Text alone, text with an image, text with a clip, or all of them at once. Add only the material the track actually needs.

Frequently asked questions

Vocals, length, and audio quality

Can I generate music with vocals?+

Yes. Ask for an instrumental bed, a hummed topline, or a lead vocal, and paste your own lyrics into the prompt when you want specific words.

How long can a Lyria 3.5 track be?+

A single generation runs up to about 60 seconds. Longer pieces are usually assembled from several sections so each part stays coherent.

What audio quality do I get?+

Tracks are rendered as 48 kHz stereo audio. You can preview in the browser and download the finished file once the track is generated.

Can I set the tempo and the key?+

Yes. Give a BPM, a key, or a time signature in the prompt, and describe the structure you want, such as an intro, build, drop, or chorus.

Are the downloads watermark-free?+

Yes. Downloads are watermark-free stereo audio on every plan.

Frequently asked questions

Credits and billing

How many credits does a track use?+

About 45 credits for a one-minute stereo track. Shorter generations cost less, and the estimate is shown before you generate.

How are credits calculated when I add a reference clip?+

The cost follows the length and quality of the track you generate, not the size of your reference. A longer reference does not increase the price.

How many free credits do I get when I sign up?+

Every new account receives welcome credits so you can generate music before choosing a plan.

Do credits expire?+

Plan credits refresh at the start of each billing period and unused plan credits do not roll over. Generate regularly to get the most from a plan.

Are the plans subscriptions?+

Yes. Every plan is a monthly or annual subscription that refreshes your credits each period. Annual billing costs the same as ten months.

How do I cancel?+

Cancel any time from billing settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Which payment methods are accepted?+

Checkout is handled by Stripe and accepts major credit and debit cards.

Can I use generated tracks commercially?+
